COMPOSITION
- BTW (Better Than Wood) planks are made from high density PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) fiberboard, comprised mainly of recycled materials, such as water bottles.
- BTW PET planks are laminated with embossed wood-grain PVC with a flame spread index of 15-20 (Class A requires a flame spread index of 25 or less) and being self-extinguishing, provides the look and feel of real wood and sound attenuation advantages of PET without the flammability of wood.
SOUND ATTENUATION PERFORMANCE
